Welcome to Clarity in Career, a digital brand operated by Career Care, a sole proprietorship registered in India under the name of Pranoti Niraj Deobhankar. The services are offered by Career Care, a sole proprietorship registered in Jalgaon, Maharashtra, India.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
Our services are designed for students aged 13 to 22 and their parents or legal guardians.
For users below the age of 18, registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Parents are fully responsible for ensuring lawful use of the services by minors.
For users under 18, explicit parental consent is required before processing any personal or educational data, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Clarity in Career offers live, mentor-led sessions and programmes focused on career guidance and future-ready skills.
These are educational and mentorship services, not substitutes for psychological counselling, therapy, or academic exam coaching.
Unless explicitly mentioned, sessions are conducted in group formats. One-on-one mentoring is not included in standard offerings.
All programmes are delivered live online. Access to recordings is not guaranteed and is only provided if explicitly mentioned on the service/product page.
We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel any session, batch, or mentor assignment due to unforeseen circumstances.
You will be notified promptly in case of such changes, and alternative arrangements (if any) will be communicated.
Our programmes make use of freely accessible tools including but not limited to:
ChatGPT, Gamma, Ideogram, Sora, Zoho Meeting, Notion, Glide, and Make.com.
Where additional tools are needed, free versions will be used unless stated otherwise.
Clarity in Career is not liable for the performance, data policies, or availability of any third-party platforms used during sessions.
Some services may feature embedded content (e.g. YouTube videos) or use platforms that collect data as per their policies.
By using our services, you agree to their standard terms and practices.
All prices listed on our website or promotional materials are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:
No credit transfers, rescheduling, or fee adjustments are applicable once payment is made.
Users agree not to raise payment disputes or chargebacks except as required under applicable Indian law.
Clarity in Career does not guarantee admissions, placements, academic results, or financial outcomes.
Career guidance insights are based on psychometric tools and educational history.
Data is stored securely and retained for up to 2 years for mentoring continuity, unless a deletion request is submitted.
All services are provided on a best-effort basis. Your results depend on your participation, context, and external factors beyond our control.
All materials shared during sessions (presentations, frameworks, mentor explanations) are the intellectual property of Clarity in Career or its contributors and may not be copied, shared, sold, or reused without written permission.
Students retain ownership of the projects or content they create during sessions.
You may not:
Some sessions may be recorded for internal training or quality improvement purposes.
By registering, you explicitly consent to being part of any such recordings, where your voice, screen, or name may appear.
Recordings will not be sold or publicly published without further consent.
Clarity in Career shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific programme or service.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, regulatory changes, or acts of God.
By registering for any service, you agree to receive transactional and promotional emails, WhatsApp messages, or calls from Clarity in Career. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
